Pharmacist of the Year
The Society's most prestigious award honors a health system pharmacist practicing in Delaware who has displayed outstanding qualities of leadership, initiative and incentive to dedication to the ideals of the practice of pharmacy.
Technician Award
This award honors a pharmacy technician practicing in the health system who has made significant contributions to pharmacy technician practice and the community. The pharmacy technician must show leadership, dedication and enthusiasm for advancing the role of the pharmacy technician in the health system.
Pharmacy Student Scholarship Award
DSHP will award $1000 plus one year membership to a lucky recipient at the Annual Spring Banquet in April
The recipient must:
- Be enrolled in the professional component of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree program at an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Be a permanent resident of Delaware OR a registered intern in Delaware.
- Submit a complete scholarship application, official transcript, letter describing pharmacy goals, and financial needs by Feburary 29, 2012.
