Any DSHP member can submit a nomination and candidates need not be DSHP members to be nominated.
Pharmacist of the Year
Nomination Information:
Any member of DSHP may submit the name of the nominee to the DSHP President. Names may be submitted until the designated due date. The candidate's curriculum vitae and/or any other pertinent information must accompany the letter of nomination. Candidates need not be members of DSHP in order to be nominated for the award. Anonymous nominations will not be considered.
Technician Award
Nomination Information:
Any member of DSHP may submit the name of the nominee to the DSHP President. A letter of nomination may be submitted until the designated due date. Candidates must be employed as a pharmacy technician in a health system in DE but need not be a member of DHSP to be eligible.
